Warranty
|
|
- Repair service warranty terms are provided on quotations,
upon request, and are contained herein. Customer acknowledges that no employee of
Test Equipment Repair is authorized to make any representation or warranty on behalf
of Test Equipment Repair contrary to any written warranty terms.
- Test Equipment Repair warrants that repair services
will (i) correct the identified problem(s), and (ii) be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery
of the equipment to Customer.
- If Test Equipment Repair receives notice of a repair
defect or nonconformance during the warranty period, Test Equipment Repair will,
at its option, correct any defect in materials or workmanship, replace the defective
equipment, refund any amount paid for the defective repair services, or grant Customer
a reasonable allowance on account.
- Failure to provide notice of a repair defect or nonconformance
during the warranty period shall relieve Test Equipment Repair of its obligations
under the warranty.
- Repair service warranty does not include protection
against loss or damage caused by fire, theft, disappearance, misplacement, reckless,
abusive, willful or intentional conduct, or damage or loss caused during shipment
between Customer and Test Equipment Repair.
